  I’ve been here 3 times because it’s so close to my house but they’ve gotten my order wrong each time and this last time the Baja zero sugar was basically almost clear. I’m surprised they gave it to me. I also pay extra chicken on the app and i bearly get enough or below the standard amount

  Ordered the Naked Chicken Chalupa, but it was so badly cooked that I couldn’t even rip it apart. The staff was friendly, but the food preparation needs a lot of work

  The staff do not prepare the food correctly. They neither provide full portion sizes, nor do they include all the ingredients. I ended up getting rolled up a tortilla with just fritos and rice when I ordered a burrito. Of course I didn't find this out until I got home but by then it is too late and I am out $10 unless if I submit a chargeback with my bank. I get most of the staff are teenagers and are not paid well, but have some self respect. This is someone's lunch or their dinner. People have to eat in order to survive. Not that I can afford to eat here anymore. Their prices are too high.

  I ordered through the drive thru, the staff was very friendly and the order came out quickly. My only critique was that the Crunch Wrap I ordered had no crunch lol. It needed to be toasted way longer and was lacking more meat. Some of the edges had no meat at all.

  The food was nasty the floors had a sticky residue. The restaurant still smells new such a shame for a Sunday afternoon meal
