Manager came and thought by offering a free desert that would make it ok, instead of sorting the issue, did nothing, we refused the free deserts. When the bill was brought the server told us to tip because his wife was dying and he had bills to pay. Pappadeaux’s for me from now on.

What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service from Marcus. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. His positive attitude truly enhanced the entire dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!
