  Super expensive but thats what you get with a steakhouse. Super cool place though

  Was there 2 hrs to get through drinks, appetizers and main course. Wasn't asked once on drinks refills.

  Unimpressed. Greeter at the door was rude and table service was lacking. NY Strip steak was decent and cooked right but potato was sub par. They were too lazy make a fully loaded potato for you and bring you a cold potato with cold garnishes and you have to make it work out for yourself. Bread was old and the salad was really lacking to non existent. Prices were avg for what you get. Ancient bathrooms need to be updated. I guess my expectations around all the hype were too high

  The food was great, and my waitress was extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively affected by the way the manager handled a situation involving an older woman who was outside selling flowers. The woman was selling flowers for a very inexpensive price, around $5, and from what I observed, she was not being rude, disruptive, or bothering anyone. She was also outside rather than inside the restaurant. Instead of simply asking her to leave or having someone escort her away from the property, the manager involved the police and reported her for trespassing. I understand that the restaurant has the right to enforce its policies and manage its property; however, I personally felt that calling the police was excessive given the circumstances. The woman appeared to be elderly and physically frail, and she did not seem to be causing any trouble. I also recognize that I do not know her personal circumstances or the full situation, but from what I witnessed, I felt that there could have been a more compassionate and appropriate way to handle the situation. Unfortunately, seeing this happen really affected what had otherwise been a pleasant dining experience. I hope management will consider handling similar situations with more understanding and compassion in the future.
