First try, they forgot the 5 dollar side of macaroni I ordered. the second try they forgot the fried shrimp that we ordered. They seem to not check 100% of their doordash orders and do not care about the money it cost. I called the manager twice letting them know and both times they blamed doordash. Saltgrass is great but ran by idiots that dont value doing things correctly. Not even a discount or anything small was given to offset our losses. Twice it has happened so were done ordering from here.
