  We went to House.Wine & Bistro on their last day and my wife LOVED the steak. We decided to come here for the first time and hopefully find that same delicious steak. They didn't have anything similar but we were not disappointed with our meal. It was very good and I had the best tasting duck I have ever had. Service was pretty darn good from the moment we stepped in. The cheese and charcuterie board was OK but did I mention the duck and it's sauce were amazingly delicious. The place is pretty relaxed but the building materials do make it pretty noisey to have a normal conversation. Their table reservation system is wonderful. Overall, we enjoyed it and will be back.

  An unforgettable dining experience. I dined at the bar, and Brian and Beca were fantastic. Regional flavors with international, yet flawless, cooking techniques. Outstanding service from the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left. If you are looking for delicious food and knowledgeable staff in an approachable atmosphere, I cannot recommend this restaurant enough

  I kid you not, I had the BEST beef rib I've had in my LIFE here at SALT. Terry Blacks in Central Texas makes super good beef ribs, but these guys are at least 2 levels above that. I had to literally pause and comprehend how someone could make food this good. I also tried their duck, and although I've never had duck before, it was amazing. Their mac & cheese is also incredible. Also not to spoil it too much, but they print out customized menus for you before you get there. No other restaurant has ever done that before! Definitely the one of the best restaurants I've had the privilege of eating at. Easy 10/10

  Traveling down from Houston celebrating our daughter’s white coat ceremony for PA school at UTRGV. Friend recommended Salt for our special occasion and boy was he right. First class operation all around. Incredible food with amazing service. Menu customizing especially nice. Our server Elysha was outstanding. She made us feel like we were her only table. Can’t wait to dine again next time we’re in town. Will certainly ask for her again.

  The meal is amazing but the bread with the spicy honey beats every thing on the menu, my wife thinks different she's all about the chips, whatever you pick you'll be amazed 👏
