  Hello! I have a complaint regarding this store. It’s the only centrally located Pizza Hut left in our community and the only one near the city's main mall, yet it lacks the infrastructure for a good visit. 1.- The store smells bad. Please hire a carpet cleaning team URGENTLY. 2.- The staff needs to do a better job cleaning THE WINDOWS. It's unbelievable that they can't even keep the windows and doors clean. 3.- The restrooms. They need to be cleaned much more frequently. 4.- THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE: More than 4 years ago, an accident occurred in the parking lot and a light pole fell down, and it was NEVER repaired. There is ALSO NOT ENOUGH LIGHT from the remaining fixtures. Please add proper lighting to the parking lot. 5.- TV are always off, Music off, why? WHY? 6.- The interior of the branch is outdated, and cleaning it would help a bit. There are walls with tape marks where things used to be stuck, walls covered in dirt, and a wall where wine used to be displayed that is completely dirty. That is definitely not the best look for the branch. PLEASE CLEAN! This is the only Pizza Hut close to all of us, and the one that represents our city.

  My favorite Pizza Hut location. Letty is always friendly and greets you with great customer service! I go there frequently and my order is always ready on time.

  Ms. Lety at the McAllen Pizza Hut in 10th is the best. She is always so welcoming and.l sweet. We keep coming back because of the great service.

  Great place for me and my family staff was extremely helpful and kind.Food was delicious hot and good quality. My family's favorite pizza hut to stop in to.
