  This place is a wonderful location. Next to a school, so students can go to socialize after a long day. The place could use a little better AC, especially in this Texas heat. Overall, the staff are absolutely wonderful and very friendly. Would come here every day if I had the money.

  Horrible experience! It took us an hour to get our food. We knew exactly what we wanted as soon as we sat down, the waitress took our order and then returned after we waited for 30 minutes and asked, "What we had ordered?" At that point, I was already very upset. ​When she eventually brought the food out, it was the wrong pizza. I had ordered something very simple—just one pizza! The server clearly knew she had messed up both times because she avoided us for the rest of the time. ​I asked to speak to a manager. The manager in the grey shirt (the assistant manager) was very unprofessional and spoke with a rude tone of voice. She didn't even apologize. Instead of addressing the situation, she was more concerned about what to do with the pizza that had already been made, so she simply threw it away. We weren’t there for free food. She showed no empathy and refused to take any accountability. ​From my perspective as a former manager, this was unacceptable. Both she and her staff are in serious need of more training. I don't recommend this Pizza Hut location ruined the whole evening with my family.

  I had a great experience at Pizza Hut thanks to Arlene! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of from the moment we sat down. She checked on us throughout the meal, kept our drinks refilled, and had a positive attitude that made us feel welcome. Our food came out hot and everything was correct. It’s clear that Arlene cares about providing excellent customer service. She made our visit enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Arlene, for the outstanding service!

  Feels nostalgic miss the stained glass lights but it’s all good. Great that they had fifa. I sent a photo to my family group chat and they excited to come.

  The servers were really kind and the food was really tasty. All food and drinks came out in a great timely manner. The facilities was very clean and organized. Will be coming back for more 🍕
