  8-22-26 First visit to Panera in probably 10 years. We skipped the self order station and got in line were only 2 other people were standing. Wife ordered Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad sandwich while I ordered the Carnitas Elote market Bowl. The sandwich was good, but had too much lettuce on it. The market bowl was also good, but not what I had expected. I was thinking it would be mostly rice in the bowl with some arugula. It was mostly arugula with very little rice. The pulled pork in the bowl was very good and the Greek Yogurt was a surprise each time I tasted it.

  If I could give a 0 star I would. The manager was extremely rude to me when I told her my issues. SOMETHING is wrong every time I go. But decided to go to the one in McAllen. The manager has personal issues with me, and figured we could keep it professional. So she mentioned that when EVERYTIME they mess up I’ve ALWAYS offered to take the stuff back. Always. Service sucks at this one, and they talked trash about the one on Trenton because THEY messed up lol. When we first go in they just don’t seem polite or anything. Complete frowns. You could probably get better service at an abandoned car wash. This place is awful. It’s not a surprise they barely have 3 stars.

  I was the only person there for 15 minutes, and my order came out and was sitting there for over 10 mins but I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking it was someone else’s order.It wasn’t handed to me till I asked if my order had come out since I order one sandwich only an no other orders or ppl came in and it was the only bag sitting there. My name was on order screen for like a few minutes but then removed and never called out Sandwich was a double take and they didn’t even add the egg, yall can’t even make a sandwich right, or even bother to call out orders, but boy were yall busy chatting it up like nothing matters

  When I moved to the are, I decided to try this place out, and I really liked the food. But it had been a year and a half later and each time the staff avoids making eye contact, they do not say hello and when I walk towards the counter to pick up my food, they all disperse as if they have more important things to do…. This has happened every single time for the past year and a half. At first I thought maybe it’s coincidence or maybe they are all having a bad day…. But then I realized that maybe it’s an unspoken policy where Mexicans or brown people are not welcomed that I didn’t know about. I mean looking at what’s going on with the president and immigrants…. I am Mexican and my skin is totally brown. So yeah after giving it a try for a while year and some, I got the hint.

  I went through drive thru the person that charged me looked visibly annoyed and didn’t let me know they replaced one of my items because they ran out, July 5th around 5:50 didn’t even give me my receipt love Panera just not this one experience <3
