  My family and I went on Sunday, and unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience. One of the workers, Franco (the guy with glasses), was very rude and impatient with the kids. It made the environment uncomfortable for families, especially for children who were just trying to have a good time. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this place for families with kids.

  The guy with glasses and long that works in the game room is very rude to kids. I was watching as my son and his friends were getting on the bumber cars that he's impolite, impatient and unfriendly. I had to go tell him that they're just kids and to relax. He just isn't the right fit, and his energy isn't fit for the environment. I won't be going back.

  Great place! Whenever our soccer team competes in MCallen we take them and they have a lot of fun. It's super easy to get private rooms and theres bathrooms close to the private rooms. One of our kids is lactose intolerant and she didn't wanna eat very cheesy pizza and when the manager heard her, he asked the cooks to make her a pizza with much less cheese. That was very special and they even took it to our party room🩷

  The restroom is so dirty!! I hadn't been here like in 8 yrs. Lots of flies to. Its a shame. Now that I have my grandkids they wanted to come and man is still the same. Employees are so busy on their phones. Manager from where u get the prizes is on the phone. They don't care for the customers .He doesn't smile looks at you like whatever. I for sure won't come again and won't bring my grandkids again. I rate it a 3 only cause they made my pizza request.

  Pretty yummy food but I can’t help but feel you’re better off going to Golden Corral or just getting some pizza from Dominos or somewhere.. great place to take your kids but it’s a little expensive. It definitely isn’t as great as I remember it being when I was a kid.. maybe because it’s in a different state in a different kind of venue (I was 8 I think and.. they used to have chocolate pizzas among other insanely good things and the pizzas were bigger. I’m 28 now for context and it was in Louisiana Opelousas.)
