  Recently went to this McDonald's with my Granddaughter. It was about 5 pm. I ordered three Happy Meals and one burger. I received my order # and went to look for a table to sit as we waited. The dining area only had about 6 occupied tables. As we made our way to find a table we encountered a messy dining area with papers, wrappers, boxes, cups, napkins and food on the tables, around the tables on on the bench seats. A gentleman I sat near commented on the mess and that he had been unable to get anyone to clean up the dining area. Finally an employee came by the area and we asked when the mess would be cleared as it was unsightly and gave us no confidence in the kitchen's condition. The employee laughed as if our concern was silly. Thirty minutes went by and I got our order, only because I stood at the counter complaining about the delay. As I was leaving, the messy dining are was still in the same condition as when we went in.

  Was in line at 10:40 for a breakfast mobile app order. Had me wait in line forever then once it was 11:03 they were like oh yeah we can do it.... I was in line for 20 minutes BEFORE 11. Checked in on the app. Like what?!

  Had had an issue with very rude store manager at 2808 n. 10th. Name Maria and this gentleman at this location helped me and I eventually visited this location. He was professional, attentive, respectful. I made it a point to talk to his boss and complimented them for making my visit a WOW experience, thank you so much.

  I’m actually about to laugh at how they abysmally handled my UBER delivery order. I ordered a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes with double sausage and egg and what I get is what you see, a single sausage and two eggs, not hotcakes, no biscuit. I’ve never seen a platter look this neglected in all my interactions with an establishment I’ve been going to since 2010. I couldn’t even fake it if I tried — AI be damned. How you manage to screw up such basic assembly is beyond me and utterly shameful. The hash and drink were fine.

  Great customer service! I didn’t get the young lady’s name at the front counter at first, but she was one of the most polite and respectful employees I’ve ever seen at any McDonald’s in the Valley. It honestly felt great to be helped by someone with such a positive attitude. A gentleman working outside mentioned her name is Karla—big props to her! Keep up the great work, Karla! I do want to mention there was a gentleman dining inside who appeared to be part of management. He came across as rude and overly demanding toward the staff, even asking Karla to bring his food to the table when he was able to do so himself. He also had a bicycle parked right outside the entrance, which made it difficult for customers to walk in and out. Just something worth looking into, as it affects the overall experience.”
