  Waited 25 minutes while other customers had just come in and were getting their order. My husband had to ask about our order 5 minutes later we got cold fries and a burn chicken no mayonnaise no pickles, no flavor on burger. While we waited all we could hear is complain from staff. One female worker walked she hated her job very unhappy management asking where is she she's been cleaning bathroom over an hour, trash over flowing. Bad experience here. Store # 6916

  I’ve worked at McDonald’s, so I know exactly how a rush is supposed to be handled. I’m all for having a good time with your coworkers, but there’s a line. I just waited 30 minutes for my food in a diner that wasn’t even full. At any other location, this would’ve been a 10–15 minute wait max, even if it was busy. The most frustrating part was watching the front-of-house staff. There were at least four other people getting visibly impatient because their orders were hitting the 35-minute mark. Instead of the coworkers jumping in to help the kitchen catch up, they were just standing around on their phones or texting. All I heard was the front yelling at the kitchen to “hurry up” because orders were over 27 minutes behind. If you see your team drowning in the back, you put the phone away and help them get the food out. It’s a total lack of teamwork and disappointing to see a crew with zero hustle while customers are sitting there watching them do nothing.

  horrible, food tasted horrible, took over 30 minutes to get one McChicken and a small order of fries and when I received my order everything was cold

  This McDonald’s never opens on time. Door should be open at 5. I was let in at 5:27am at one time. I come regularly, and i will continue to come at 5am. Please address this.

  Several times now I order on the app and it takes them 20 plus minutes. Then on top I have to go in to get it
