  The good stuff: it’s fun and the food is good! I do love going here. The bad stuff; The floors are always so slippery and the bathrooms always need to be serviced. Y’all need to do better there. The meal served outside of the Teppanyaki is not the same! I hate that. I’ve been there so many times, sometimes I just wanna eat and go.

  It pains me to write this. I have spent every birthday and every special occasion since 2008, celebrating at Hayashi. Tonight, Hayashi has failed me and my fiance as we celebrate our engagement. We came into the establishment with earnest hearts and empty stomachs. We were greeted by the hostess that it would take 30-40 minutes to be seated in the non-hibachi dining area and we were glad to wait patiently at the bar. After approx. 45 minutes I asked if there was any update, the hostess informed me that she’d never taken my name down and I was not on the waiting list. I politely requested she add me and she said that it would be about another 30 minutes. After the time had passed, and several people who had arrived later than I had were seated, I went to the hostess stand and asked the hostess if the kind of seating made any difference in the wait time and she said that hibachi seating would take longer. I said everything was fine as is. After watching yet another party be taken to their tables, we were walked over to the hibachi table despite not having requested it, and when my fiance asked asked the hostess why, the hostess insisted I had requested to be changed to the hibachi area. My fiance defended me and still the hostess claimed that I was incorrect. I am not angry, I’m frankly disappointed that the place I love so much, that I’ve chosen to make part of so many special memories, has become so sloppy and unprofessional. Do better, Hayashi, do better.

  First timer, went for dinner with family group for a birthday celebration. The hostess could use some more customer service skills when greeting people in and the lady serving us, well she wasnt quite customer friendly either. Maybe we needed to ask first if celebrations are even allowed😏. Other than that ....Our food prep guy was AMAZING!!!! we all loved him! Delicious, fun and awesome! If we would go again, it be because of him😃😋

  Este lugar no lo Recomindo a los enpledos no les inporta la limpieza ni siquiera avia jabon para lavarse las manos eso me dice a mi que esos travajadores y cosinero no se laban las manos es la mas asqueroso logar

  The food was okay, from the time we got there to the time we were served it took about an hour and a half. And the food made both my wife and I pretty sick after. And it was very hot inside.
