She took the time to help me choose the right flowers and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. The flowers were beautiful and fresh. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend the floral department!

- NBnino benavidezSep 1, 20265.0My wife and I shop this HEB all the time. We recently bought some sweetbread, a meat product, packaged by Swift, that had SOOO much fat. Being sweetbread, It's hard to see the fat, when packaged. We grilled it and had to throw half of it away. Took pics of it and went back the next day and spoke to Irene ( asst manager ) who was very understanding. She took us over to the meat market and had us talk to Jesse. He was very empathetic and prepared another package of NICELY trimmed sweetbreads. We want to sincerely thk Irene and Jesse for the genuine customer care. As per Swift Co., they need to do a much better job, by providing a better product and not trying to take advantage of the paying customer. I am confident HEB will reach out to Swift and make them improve their products. Thks again to Irene and Jesse.Your loyal HEB customers.
