- JSJesse Sandlin2 days ago5.0I always shop this heb because its so close to home. Today was a more important curbside pickup, because Its my son's birthday. The cake we ordered, was out of stock. The curbside manager and team reached out to me and got the perfect cake from my son!! When we picked up the cart, the Manager came outside and gave my son a balloon, card and little heb gift. We are so grateful!! Thank you very!!

And then when I asked “how much when I come to pick up my medicine, when I hear I need to pay because my insurance doesn’t pay”. I surprise. You know, I have pregnancy now, I don’t have money, don’t have job for now and I take care my son, my mom. Only my husband working. That’s why. We have a lot stucks, we spend a lot bills. That’s why I asked why I pay for them. And my English is not good, I just try to talk the best w them. And then, I said “ thank you “ but I feel the lady not nice , she didn’t say” thank you or appreciate “ for 2 times when the last call I just corfirm I’ll come tomorrow morning for pick up all a them. She don’t understand for me. She not nice, I know she have money but I don’t have money for now that’s why I need to save money. That’s all I want to say. I feel bad. Thank you.
