The girl who took our order seemed like she couldnât care less, and the guys in the back were joking around the whole time. I donât mind coworkers having fun because at the end of the day itâs just a job, but not when the restaurant is filthy. The floors were so dirty I was literally stepping on food scraps. The tables were dirty too, and the only girl who cleaned them barely wiped them down. She left crumbs all around the corners. I ordered a small combo, and tell me why my bun was cold and the cheese wasnât even melted. Iâm talking cold to the touch. It felt like I was eating a Whopper. I took one bite, said whatever, and threw it away. If Iâm paying almost $30 for a burger combo, Iâd rather go somewhere I know the food is actually going to be good. And donât even get me started on the restroom. It was disgusting. You have almost 10 employees working and somehow nobody can take a few minutes to clean the dining room or the bathrooms? What a joke this Five Guys location has become.
