When I arrived, my food was ready, and the employee assured me everything was included. However, when I got home, I discovered that my tortillas and salad dressing were both missing, leaving me with a very bland meal. Given my tight schedule, this was really disappointing

Apparently my order was canceled and didn't go through even though I was charged. My parents were able to successfully able to get their online order but not mine because it was weirdly canceled. Then when my parents asked how and why it wad canceled, the cashiers had to go out of their way to be rude and racist. Incredibly rude staff.

I asked and was told nonchalantly “that’s for the drink”. No where was there a line item for a drink. Only 1 combo x amount. Plus the tax. That’s it. It’s not the 3 dollars that bothered me , it’s the way they go about it. Also the pieces of chicken are on the smaller side. The flavor is great just small size pieces.
