    This location isn't consistent with their drinks and employees seem to panic when they get busy. It used to be better, it's going downhill unfortunately.

    This used to be my go to DB and i loved coming here but after today that changed!!! So I ordered through the mobile app Like I usually do... I get there 2 minutes after the mobile app said it was ready. So I go to the window and a sweet young lady asked if I was there to order or to pick up and I said, I'm just here to pick up an order that I ordered through the mobile app and then she said under what name and I gave her my name. And then she said, okay, they're working on it. It'll be right out...after quite some time of waiting, I noticed that a few people were coming and going even people that were barely ordering there at the window, after I had already been approached and were still getting their orders before me. So then I was the last one besides, 1 lady that had just gotten there. And I go Backup to the window with a different girl. And she asked, what are you waiting for and I said, I'm waiting for my mobile order still, I've been waiting for more than 15 minutes And everybody that was here after me and is barely ordering, has already came and left and then she kind of seemed mad already she's like, I'm sorry, nobody told me that you were waiting for it and I said, well, she said that you were working on it pointing to the other girl. And as I walked away, she says if I wanted a straw, but since I had already walked away, I was gonna turn around and tell her yes, well she threw the straw back down and she says whatever and I go to the window and said excuse me, what??!! what do you mean by whatever??!! then another girl gets in and she's like, I don't think she said that I'm like she clearly said whatever even the lady here waiting for her coffee heard her say that and she made a face an also said like, wow, why is she saying that? So I said she said whatever she clearly said it and she goes well, I don't think She meant to say it... I'm like how can you not mean to say something but yet, you still opened your mouth and said it, it doesn't make sense how the other co-worker was covering for her when she clearly threw the straw down and said whatever so I would like to speak to a manager on this matter, please reach back out to me at ur earliest convenience... as this was very unprofessional to say to a customer at ANY job!! Obviously she wasn't well trained or wasn't taught respect at home... for whatever reason that is no way to treat a customer
