    Waited a LONG time to get 2 drinks. Linebuster said our total was $13.10 , she DID NOT ASK FOR A TIP, and I got charged $15.43 ??? Now I dont know if i’ll be going back because they add the tip on their own now?? crazy. (i wouldnt have minded tipping if the girl would’ve just asked.) now i feel scammed.

    Shoutout to Mayte on the Drive-Thru for taking our order with a smile and suggesting our chai drink which we loved. By far superior customer service and attentive. Thank you!

    Just can't in good conscience not leave a review. Was excited when they first opened and coffee was decent but certain options like the white chocolate mocha were just mediocre shots mixed with a chalky chocolate milk primix. The taste is terrible unless you were a fan of like Ovaltine or something. And if you drink slow the taste and chalkiness get worse as it gets colder. All the coffee options have their issues but this one, I've found, is the worst offender. The thing keeping them running is their non coffee drinks. But with 2 Starbucks in the immediate area I'd say go with them if you want better coffee. even if it is from a soulless trash corporation. The best coffee will always be local.

    I waited 45 minutes for a free coffee on my birthday. It was the nastiest most ugly looking coffee I have ever received. Soft too was non existent looked like someone threw up on it and the coffee , well dam I’ve made better coffee on my own house. Never going back. Even tho coffee was free it was the worst coffee I’ve had. I felt insulted .

    worst wait time . normally i go through the drive thru which already takes pretty long and i saw a group of like 4 people at the window so i thought itd be better there . some of them had mobile orders and they mentioned being there for almost an hour . 4 of us quickly turned into 7 . i was there for 40 minutes and had to leave because i had to go to work . i left without a drink . it was one of those sticker days so i wish they offered a sticker for the inconvenience , but its fine . the main priority was the drink . they seem to not prioritize window orders and after seeing others reviews , it seems they don’t prioritize mobile orders either . they were fairly staffed so i dont understand why the time management wasn’t more efficient . starbucks has their 4 minute and under rule and thats what keeps them reliable . dutch bros is simply unreliable because of their extremely poor time management . this isn’t the first time either . i never got my birthday drink because of this . very disappointing birthday .
