  Long single file line. Then suddenly people arrive and make a second line. The girl taking the orders outside did not respect the order or arrivals. People that arrived way after me were served first. Drink was dirty with red syrup outside.

  I ordered a banana cream pie from the secret menu, but when I got it, they had mocha instead! Sadly, it was too late for me to realize that before I drank from it. I was so disappointed.

  I love coming to dutch bros after a mall trip. The workers are always so fast and attentive when taking orders. I come so often Meredith already knows my order and is so sweet and polite when asking questions, and she even makes small talk. The service is so quick as well even when they’re backed up. I 10/10 recommend.

  Absolute Perfection Every Single Time! If I could give this Dutch Bros location ten stars, I would! I am completely obsessed with this place, but what really makes it special is Camila. Every time I roll through the drive-thru, she brings the absolute best energy. She is incredibly friendly, fast, and always makes sure my drink is made perfectly (the Rebels and Golden Eagles hit different when she makes them!). Even on the busiest mornings when the line is wrapped around the building, Camila handles the rush with a massive smile and the kind of genuine, positive attitude that completely turns your day around. The drinks are always fantastic, the vibes are unmatched, and the customer service from Camila is next-level. Dutch Bros, give this girl a raise! ☕️💙

  I placed a mobile order around 8:00 a.m. with a pickup time of 8:07 a.m. After waiting more than 20 minutes past the promised time, my drink was still not ready. Several other customers were also expressing frustration over significant delays, with some saying they had ordered much earlier and were still waiting. When I requested a refund because I could no longer wait, I was told it had to be handled online. The employee who identified herself as the manager offered no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience, only stating, “We have too many drinks.” Delays happen, but what was most disappointing was the lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service. A simple apology and better handling of the situation would have gone a long way.
