- EREdgar RosalesJul 3, 20261.0I’ve gone to several chipotle locations and I know for sure is going to be dirty, they always a little understaff, but this locations is almost empty and not a single table where you actually sit in, everything is dirty, every single table chair and booth full of food and napkins, water on the floor, only sprite cocke and Diet Coke available no napkins straws or plastic ware available, corporate should pay more attention to their locations.

First visit they served me a PATHETIC amount of rice and beans I kindly just asked for more(which they did not charge me for) and let it go I figured maybe it was just a one time thing. Went again today and it was the exact same experience, don’t know who’s training them or if this goes up to corporate but it is a sad amount. I try not to stand out or be a Karen anywhere I go but this is just unacceptable. The fact they don’t charge more if you ask for more makes me feel as if they are aware how pathetic the serving is. I’ll just be avoiding this location from now on.

- KGKendra GarzaJun 19, 20261.0I went yesterday during lunch time and the gentleman with glasses conducting interviews was making bowls he might be a manager but he’s extremely rude I got my son a build your own kids plate and he put not even half of the compartment of beans and I asked for a bit more he’s like you do know it’s a kids portion I said ok you can minimal fill the kids compartment of beans then I got my bowl I asked for cilantro sauce he put half a scoop and I said a bit more he then stated that’s a whole extra charge this guy has no manners looks forced to be there and don’t have to be so rude the other lady the manager with blonde hair is always with a smile and helpful this guy needs to be retrained and sad thing he’s the one training the new hires.
