- DADrake AlfordMay 13, 20261.0Ordered a burrito. They delivered a bowel. Nice job. The ticket literally says “burrito.”
- SSSandraMay 12, 20261.0I ordered a kids meal for my 5 year old son with regular chicken and white rice. He took a bite and told me that it was spicy . I went to the counter and asked an associate of if I can swap the meat out with shredded beef she asked another associate and then that associate asked the manager. The manager was rude when I told if she could swap the meat out for shredded beef in a snarky voice and attitude said the other one is spicy too ! I told her I had the beef and it’s not spicy . As the associate was serving the beef she told her to stop serving beef to the kids plate. All the server got was a pinch full on the tip of the tongs and the manager( Alma) told her to not added any more . She has no right to do that i paid for my fair portion of food and she should have not done that to my son only 5 years old he left hungry ! I don’t appreciate her attitude and begin humiliated like that she should not be working with people period !
