The only main issue I had was that when I arrived at 6:00 pm both my wife and I were going to place separate orders, two registers were open. When one opened up, my wife went to it. Once the other register opened up, the employee walked away and I didn’t have anyone to take my order. The main issue I had is that there was about 4 or 5 other employees just standing there talking, two of them with blue shirts who I’m assuming are team leads. I ended up having to wait until my wife was done ordering to order from the same register. No sense of urgency from the other staff. On another note, employee Antonio who was on the floor attending the customers dining was extremely helpful, and dedicated to serving the diners. He was kind and attentive.

After waiting nearly 15 minutes, I noticed my food had been sitting on the counter getting cold while an employee stood around socializing with coworkers instead of paying attention to waiting customers. I only received my order after I managed to get the employee's attention myself. By then, the food was cold. When I politely asked for a fresh, hot meal, she appeared annoyed, made a face, and began responding to me in Spanish even though I was speaking English. She continued speaking Spanish throughout the interaction, which made communication difficult and felt unprofessional. Management needs to ensure employees are focused on serving customers rather than socializing while people are left waiting. Customers should be able to communicate effectively with staff and receive accurate orders in a timely manner. Overall, this experience was disappointing from start to finish.

I placed a mobile order before 10:30 AM, drove over 15 minutes to pick it up, and when I arrived, they refused to give me my order because breakfast had already ended. If that’s the case, why does the app even allow orders that won’t be fulfilled? This is clearly a system and operational issue. Customers shouldn’t be able to place orders that the restaurant won’t honor. I spoke with the manager, and the only solution offered was a refund. That’s not a real solution. Time, gas, and effort were already spent—especially for those of us who work and rely on mobile ordering for convenience. If timing is that strict, the system should block those orders or at least clearly warn customers. This experience was frustrating and a complete waste of time.
