  I went here the other night. I always sit at the Bar. I've been to about 15 different BWW's in Texas and other States. I've seen many types of Workers there This night, I sat at the near empty Bar. In short, the young girl who was "Bartending" was slow, rude, uncaring, difficult...so I told her I didn't want to order anything when she finally acknowledged my existence at the Bar. So I moved away from the Bar, a few tables back in hopes I would get better Service. And this Review is not about that girl. It's about Bella...by far the best Server I've had at B-Dubs. She was fast, smart, friendly, incredible. She was patient, answered my questions...and told me about Appetizer Specials that aren't even on the Menu. It's crazy how in the exact same Restaurant...15 feet apart you can get 2 totally Opposite types of Service. I was thinking the whole time if Bella was the Bartender that Bar would be packed all the time when she was working. With that other Bartender I mentioned earlier...most I saw all night was 4 guys up there with more than 4 empty seats. Thanks Bella for saving my good time watching Basketball.

  Hector was great, amazing customer service. Recognized me and my boyfriend once we entered! Very welcoming, its the wingbarn to go to. 🙌🏽

  We had dinner at this location on Monday night. The food was delicious, wings were crispy, and the beers were cold. I wanted to especially thank our waiter, Leo. His customer service was outstanding! He took our drink orders, apps order, and finally our wing order. He was patient throughout. He was friendly and communicated our order status. He was busy with various tables but always made time to check in on us, refill our drinks, making sure our food was good, etc. He made this particular visit a memorable one. We will definitely be returning thanks to him and will request him to be our waiter if he is available.

  Burger was made very sloppy. As soon as I picked it up it fell apart. ⬆️OLD POST⬆️ 4/14/26 First of all I love BWW so I had to give them a chance to redeem themselves. And of course they did!!! The same burger but this time it was put together so well, I thought I was in a commercial 😂 thank you for making it right. And 5 ⭐️ to the Bartender “Charley “ she was excellent.
