Bruh they got these young kids working short handed i pressed the button and sit there 45 minutes i left straight trash
We're out of towners, who literally pulled over for just a drink but I decided to also get a #8 (popcorn ckn meal), I asked for honey mustard & bbq. My boyfriend prepaid a $5 tip, they weren't even busy. I had to get off and ask for what should've been delivered from the get go. What makes it worse is, when I get off to ask for the sauces, a woman who appeared to be the manager, came out of the store/got to the door of the restaurant at the same time I did, as if she knew there was an issue, she went back in and brought me out one sauce of each. Like, I just got out of my car, least you could do is be apologetic & offer me more than one each. And, then, let's not get me started on my tator tots, that I was so looking forward to, being pretty cold, compared to being warm & crispy, how I would've liked to enjoy them. Anyway, bad part of my beautiful road trip.

I don't mind the food, don't mind working here, it's just the fact that I was treated with SUCH attitude by a carhop and my partner was always treated with disrespect by the evening manager (04/25 at abt 10:20pm) My partner's drink wasn't filled all the way even thought she ordered a large. It was filled like it was a medium.. I took the drink to the door and the car hope, Linda, gave me attitude when I showed her the drink. She asked if my partner drank some or poured some out... NO??? She then kinda snatched the cup out of my hand and said close the door.. I was literally going to???? So then, after my partner and I left, she called to tell the working manager what happened and the manager said "stop playing on my phone, we're busy" who even talks to a customer like that? Being disrespectful to me is one thing, but DON'T disrespect my girlfriend. Safe to say, I'm lowk quiting. 😐😐

I had a fantastic experience at this Sonic location tonight! I accidentally placed a delivery order instead of a pickup, and I was really stressed. But Heather, the manager, was incredible she took the initiative to use her own phone to help me, got the order canceled, and ensured my food was ready in time. I truly appreciated her kindness and quick action. I’ll definitely be returning!
