  Today is May 15 2026 I just went through and got a frozen lemonade and asked for a little strawberry peray on top. Well, the first one they gave me was blended like a damn smoothie was disgusting. The second one they gave me, they loaded the strawberry peray at the bottom and top, you can't even taste the lemonade. I mean, come on, how hard is it? Just to make a drink for somebody that wants something out of the ordinary and then they get an attitude A frozen lemonade with a little bit of strawberry prey on top to give it a little bit of flavor I didn't even want it mixed.I just wanted on top.I like it that way

  I went in one day asked for a medium matcha. Drove home realized the cup was all ice. So the following day I went and asked for light ice the cup was still majority all ice. So then I go again and ask for no ice and they said it would be extra. I didn’t realize they where selling cups of ice with a shot of matcha. You have to pay extra to have a cup filled…. Strawberry matcha taste good tho.

  I’ve been coming to this location since it opened, and I just have to say, the difference lately has been amazing. The overall vibe has completely shifted in the best way! You can really feel the positivity and teamwork as soon as you pull up! The music is always bumping and it puts me in the best mood when I get my coffee!! I’ve had amazing interactions with Bailey! She recommended her favorite drink: a sugar cookie latte, extra sweet with cold foam and it was fireee! The entire crew seems happier, more attentive, and way more consistent. Drinks are always on point, service is pretty quick even when the line is long, and the attitudes make all the difference. Whatever changes have been made recently—keep it up, because it shows!

  I don’t think some of these people know how to do their job. I ask for a caramel chiller and the girl said “so you want a blondie” I said yes but I want it caramel, kept interrupting me saying “caramel drizzle & whip cream?” I said yes and try to tell what else I wanted but she told me my total like she was trying to rush me.. I then said I wanted to add extra caramel and wanted it half caffeinated *bc I’m pregnant and can’t have much caffeine* She then said “so you want it decaf??” I said no I want it HALF caffeinated, so she said “so you want 1 with espresso & 1 decaf?” Confused as I was I said “as long as it’s half caffeinated yes..” so as I was paying she said “I thought you wanted a chiller I was real confused” then walked away before I could say I did want a chiller.. She brought me my drink and ofc just as I suspected it was a ice coffee what I didn’t ask for.. I said “maam this was suppose to be a chiller” she said “and that’s why I said is it suppose to be a chiller?” Even tho I clearly said I wanted a caramel chiller.. I said “yes I wanted a caramel chiller half caffeinated.” She had me pull around and wait, brings it out & it’s a caramel chiller but it’s fully caffeinated.. I’ll just go to Starbucks or Huey’s next time.

  I had a great experience thanks to Ladaija! She was incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in and made me feel welcome right away. I had an issue with my drink, and she didn’t hesitate to step in and help. She handled everything quickly and professionally, making sure I was taken care of without any hassle. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about customer experience like she does. I really appreciate her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. Definitely made my visit much better!
