    Not only has it been 3 weeks since I placed an order that was messy, cold, inaccurate,missing items. I've tried several times getting my $70 refund back nobody from this location knows how to answer the phone. Corporate is a joke I've contacted them 8 times via sms and phone call to be told id be receiving my refund and a email only 3 weeks later and still nothing ill be contacting Mr.Jim Taylor's office about the completely unprofessional staff he has in his restaurants and Corporate offices who cant seem to do their jobs!!!*( edit refusing to give corporate the information they need after almost a month is only going to cost yourself YOUR JOB dont play with me and my money because YOU or YOUR staff cant simply learn to make a burger ,fries and drinks correctly nor have proper customer service) after speaking to the main corporate office once again today yes they see YOUR the problem and are wondering why its taking you almost 4 weeks for information they ask for

    If it was possible to give negative stars i would! How is it possible that I had to wait 30 minutes past the time for my advanced online order and the food still be cold & wrong 3x and remade and still be cold when given back to me everytime. Im just going to assume they just have food around thats been given to other people or something coming from someone who's worked at several fast food places in my lifetime over the years I've never saw anything like it! The whole staff needs to be fired & new needs to be hired! Get it together! After 45 minutes and my ordered finally being correct yet still disgustingly cold I gave up! Everything was sloppy & thrown together , falling apart & stale! Absolutely horrible. Even the drinks we watery and nasty! Will not be returning again!

    Every single time I try to come here and pray it’s better- it gets worse. If I choose a time for my pick up- please do not make my order 20 mins early and hand it to me cold and melted. Then have the balls to get mad when I tell you about it. Every single time this place sucks.

    ​Extremely disappointed. Paid through the app for a 1:12 PM pickup and didn't get my food until 1:40 PM. Almost a 30-minute delay for an "advance" order is unacceptable. Save your time and go somewhere else.

    Literally this place takes forever. When you finally get your food, food is missing from the meal, and if you get the food it’s wrong. Ordered a kids meal with fries but there are no fries. Asked for a burger with no mayo, pickles or onions and they literally only put mayo pickles and onions on the burger. Ticket was right so whoever is in the kitchen should look for another job. Take the extra minute to drive down to Dairy Queen, at least the food will be correct and not missing.
