  If I could give 0, I would. This was the 2nd time in a row that I called Whataburger after placing my Doordash order and asked for a straw for my drink and I still did not receive a straw, I also asked the guy I spoke to for two syrups for my pancakes and only got one. I also asked for spicy ketchup and received none. I received no salt or pepper after asking him for it and only two napkins. They don't hear anything from anyone, they still do what they want and they don't care about customers. I spent $23.47 on garbage that isn't edible with no condiments or anything I need. I can't even drink my coffee because I don't have a straw. Huge waste of time, energy and money.

  The food is decent, but the buns are over-pressed, similar to a smash burger. The meat is gristly. They frequently make mistakes with the orders. For instance, I ordered no cheese on one burger and ended up with cheese, and I also ordered no mustard on another burger, but got mustard.

  I ordering a #1 with cheese, took the first bite and there was no meat. Very disappointed with my experience. Ive never in my life ordered a hamburger and thought they would forget the burger patty… come on guys

  Drive thru! Order taker was very kind and quick. Person at the window was extremely personable. Sadly, the wrong drink was handed to us and my jalapeño burger was kinda cold and on a stale bun. First visit there , but because of their kind staff, I would give them another chance.
