  We've never really been a Pizza Hut family until recently and all I can say is that they have earned regulars due to their exceptional customer service alone. Here are a few recent examples: 1. Doordashed several months ago and didn't receive the entire order. The doordash driver (who apparently also works for Pizza Hut) could have just had a refund processed but instead went all the way back to the store and all the way back to my house, to ensure I received the rest of my order. I understand that was an error on their end but let's face it, most times the solution to this scenario is subpar. 2. A week ago, I accidentally ordered food from the Marble Falls location instead of Rockport while we were on vacation. The female who answered the phone was very understanding and cancelled my order, even though it was technically past the pick up time. Didn't give me a hard time, didn't give me a lecture or an attitude, just politely offered to cancel the order. 3. Tonight, I received a pizza that was missing a couple of ingredients and a second pizza in our order had thin crust but I was under the impression it was supposed to be hand tossed. When I called to explain the issues, I realized my own error regarding the thin crust and told them nevermind and acknowledged my misunderstanding. When we arrived to pick up the remade pizza that was previously missing ingredients, they also remade the other pizza with regular crust even though it was my oversight of the style of crust. Here's the thing....all of these places and people are going to make mistakes and mess up orders. Nobody can be 100% all of the time. It's how they handled it. They have been nothing but accommodating, gracious, and professional in situations where things could have been handled much differently and we value that type of business practice much more than we do perfection. Now, if only Pizza Hut would bring back the salad bar. ;)

  The cashier was really nice, she ensured we got our deals as well as brought our pizza out to our table. The food looks and taste amazing! Awesome job, keep it up!!!

  Tell me why my experience was so good after reading the bad reviews? I placed my carryout order at 1:05 and was told it would be ready by 1:30. IT WAS AN ONLINE ORDER I walked in, saw my name on the big screen and how long it would take before it was ready (5 minutes). My pizza was hot and fresh out of the oven at 1:25! Great job to the team running the lunch rush on Wednesday August 19. On a side note ... I'm not sure why you would wait in your car for over 10 minutes for your pizza, if you knew it was ready. Please tell me why you would blame someone else for your personal choice of waiting in a line outside, rather than inside?

  Slowly but surely this place has gone down hill. Food you delivered comes late, cold, and with missing items! Driver acts like he is under the influence. When you call the store they could care less of any issues. Will no longer be having Pizza Hut in the Marble Falls, TX location.

  Kid at the front counter needs to take off the fake diamond necklace and take the time to learn some customer service skills since he’s gonna be there awhile. Pizza was trash waste of money didn’t even bother going bye the customization options on the order. Just another slop shop to add to the mix of low end food options in marble falls.
