I told her I’m sorry that we bothered you and all she did was put the sticker of the price on the cake and just shoved it toward us didn’t even respond when I told her again that it looked like we bothered her

Bought 5 more packs of steaks to make up to my wife for it and when we got home all of them were spoiled but one. The brown spots were covered by stickers and all dates were before sell by date entirely.

She continued to engage in conversation while checking out my groceries with expedience. My hope is that she will be promoted ahead of her contemporaries. She is an valuable asset to HEB!
- BBBryan BrutonJun 2, 20262.0I know that there is no, or ever will be Toilet Police. The majority of handicapped people need the accommodations installed in a handicapped stall. Additionally, handicapped restrooms are not designated as employee break areas. I guess no one has told HEB employee Phillip that. The store was clean and packed with customers. Checking out was a nightmare. The self checkout area was backed up as were the cashier stands. Several checkout stands were closed. Will I go back to do my grocery shopping at this store? Yes. However, I have started ordering more and more grocery items from an on-line service. Basically, I now only go to HEB for meat, beer, vegetables, ice cream and milk. It beats standing in line, fighting the other customer traffic, finding a place to park and waiting for Phillip to finish his break.
