The staff consistently add to the positive experience. They are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help, which makes each visit feel smooth from start to finish. It is the kind of place where good service and a great selection come together naturally.

If I were corporate, I’d be closely reviewing average wait times, order accuracy/product errors, customer complaints, satisfaction scores, staffing levels, and how this location compares to other stores. Unfortunately, it’s the only H-E-B near us, so we don’t have much of a choice. I’ve waited in my car with my kids for nearly two hours before. But what prompted me to finally leave a review was my conversation with the manager, Juanita, last night. The way she spoke to me was shocking..no consideration, no apology, and no attempt to meet me in the middle…I told her directly how surprised I was by the interaction. Customer experience starts with leadership, and being dismissive and rude to customers for no reason is mind blowing. I genuinely hope H-E-B corporate takes a closer look at the curbside operations and leadership at this location, compares its key metrics against other stores, and actually surveys curbside customers. There is feedback here worth listening to and implementing.
