  Next time someone forgets NAPKINS in my order, that employee needs to eat ,on their break with zero damn napkins! Cold fries, burger without cheese had cheese. Plain burger with cheese and mayo, had no mayo. Terrible first impression, yall have been open long enough to fix the issues. I'm thinking yall just don't really care. I rarely, if ever go out to eat, this reminded me why. Wont be back.

  This is not how someone's food should look. I remember you guys being so slow when you first opened. Conveniently that review is now missing. I hadn't been back for about a year. Glad to see I'm not missing anything... Plenty of options on Meridiana that fix food better then this..

  We ordered food from drive thru, the person taking the order was rude and didn't take the order correctly. We had ordered 2 kids meal chicken bites. Only received one meal and that meal was missing the chicken and kids toy. The kids box had a small fry, cookie, and raunch. We didn't notice this until we got home. Called the story for a refund, the work laughed and said "that's crazy" we request to speak to a manager, rude again and unhelpful. We were told to drive back to store for cash refund.

  😪 Disappointed in Whataburger (Booth Location)😪 I absolutely hate this Whataburger location. Can someone explain how I'm asked to pull forward and wait for my order, yet I still receive food that isn't fresh? That makes absolutely no sense. I used an offer for a discounted breakfast—3 chicken strips with a medium fry and drink. My total came to $5.93, and even at that price, I expected hot, fresh food. Instead, the chicken strips tasted like they were left over from the night before. They were dry, hard, and honestly terrible. The fries were somehow fresh on top and cold on the bottom. How does that even happen? What is really going on here? It shouldn't matter whether I'm using a coupon or paying full price. Fresh food should be the standard, not a luxury. It's breakfast time. If someone orders chicken strips and fries at 7:00 in the morning, fresh food should be prepared. Instead, customers are expected to accept old food and act like it's okay. Life is already hard and expensive enough without businesses wasting our time and money. If I didn't live 34 minutes away, I would have turned around and taken every bit of that food back for a refund. Very disappointed. 😔🍟🐔

  Had a great experience when ordering the family meal with George Davila. He made you feel welcomed by taking the time to hold a conversation with me. I had mentioned to him that his store is my choice to when it comes to getting a Whataburger. I had mentioned to him that I had a friend from the time back in school in the 80s that he started with Whataburger in Corpus Christi on Ayers, and Nemic off SPID. He is still employed with WB now for 45 years. That’s quite a milestone for Rudy G..although I told George his last name was Trevino.. what was I thinking..that’s how long it’s been since I’ve seen Rudy.
