Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Here’s some pictures to sum up why this location is ghetto, can’t get orders right and the food represents just how much they don’t take customers serious. It’s sad how ADULTS that hire these young folks refuse to be their mentors. This is how these people enter into the workforce. They’re not taught greatness or discipline. The cashier pictued couldn’t wait to dismiss me to the side, so he can have a conversation with someone not ordering anything. I mean he offered to just give her the food just order for crying out loud so other customers can be assisted in a courteous manner. This place is like their kickback spot. The guys at the soda machine they work there and came in on their day off to kick it some more. As if they don’t do that enough at work. The one in yellow is an example of how they kick it at work. No correction from the managers. Just a normal day at this ghetto, low class establishment.

Attitudes when they make your order wrong and when you ask them to fix it politely it’s a problem! Today my whole order was wrong and the young supervisor had the nerve to say she doesn’t have time for this and walked away! Find a new job if you hate it!

I didn't know the strawberry hibiscus drink was a limited-time offer, and I didn't hear the young man when he told me they didn't have it anymore. He asked me to start my order over, so I asked for the same drink again, and he shouted at me: "Ma'am, I already told you we don't have it; it was only for the summer." Now I see why the service is so bad. I just told him he had a terrible attitude and left. I know you don't need my money and have thousands of customers, but you need staff with more patience because your customer service is horrible.
