August 30, 2026 My people of all races!! My first and last time coming to this bull-shit!! We had to self order our food which the machine was acting up and people getting upset due to the long line to use this shit. Then when you get the food it’s terrible. Very salty, not hot at all , and the banana pudding was watered down. Not a real BBQ place that’s why it’s called: H.E.B TRUE BBQ 🤦🏾‍♂️

The speed of service was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. My food was not hot at all. I was also looking for the brisket nachos I had last time, but I guess those are just limited time only. I drove about 30 minutes and am very disappointed in my food. I will have to go home and heat it up now. I almost forgot the menu is misleading when placing your order because I thought I was getting 2 meats go $6.50, but as I added my meats the price increased.

I was so excited to get some of the excellent bbq I have heard so much about it. I ordered the pulled brisket sandwich. I got home and discovered it tastes like that dropped an entire container of salt on my sandwich!! 🤮 What a waste of money! I can’t even finish my food, and I’m still hungry!😡
