  I’ve gone multiple times over the last few months and at this rate I wish they would just close it and open something better. It’s insane how slow service is. Even with no one there. They also don’t honor happy hour rates. Worst sonic ever.

  We only went for drinks but we personalized each one and they all came out perfect and fast

  I’m really disappointed with my experience at Sonic. I ordered a drink and was charged the full price, but they were completely out of ice. No one told me when I placed the order, so I ended up with a flat, warm drink that tasted awful. On top of that, it took about 30 minutes just to get one drink. If there’s no ice available, customers should be told before paying, especially when they’re still being charged full price. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be coming back. Definitely not worth the wait or the money.

  This place has either to many young kids or nobody who cares about customer service. The food was cold and unsatisfactory when I visited a week ago. I stop by on yesterday for just two orders of blast and waited 35mins and never received my order. When button was pushed that said they didn't know what happened. Horrible and myself being a food service manager, the General manager needs to fix this location ASAP or close it.
