  Poor customer service. Luis does not tell the truth about machines and he’s rude. Francisco, the manager does not seem to care about the poor customer service from the employees. Fries are almost always cold.

  Please think twice before entering the drive thru. You will stuck for more than half an hour usually.

  Extremely rude customer service through the drive-thru. I've been through the drive-thru two times now and they are extremely rude and sound like they don't want to be there. Today there was an issue with their ordering system. The girl spoke very quickly and I thought she said one moment and I'll take your order. After about 2 minutes I said hello and she then very rudely said our system is down and we cannot take orders. Would of been better if they put cones are a sign up to warn the public that they can't take orders. I went across the street to another store and then when I came out a few minutes later and cars were being served in the Drive-Thru.

  It’s probably not all of the managers, but for some reason when this location starts to get busy or have trouble, there’s one large Hispanic lady who’s “supposedly” the manager and from what it seems she doesn’t like helping the other employees and just orders them around rather than working on the large amount orders there are. I went on June 27th and it was pretty bad when i went inside and waited 40 minutes for my food just for her to want to close the store early. And the same happened on 4th of July when i was in the drive thru. The young man working drive thru that night seemed to be handling it alone while with a positive attitude so I can’t complain about that. But even the last couple weeks it seems to be the same issue with that lady.

  It is mind boggling how a location so new can be so operationally inept. Incorrect orders, confused staff, poor management, you name it they suck at it.
