  Place is terrible! Day or night. This is slow food not fast food. They park you and you wait 10-30 minutes till they bring food out. Idk what gave them that idea

  A cold hash brown full of grease is not the way to start a fishing trip .. I’d advise going to a taco place or anywhere but this sad ass location where no one gives a ____

  This was the first time I ordered food at this location. I went around 11AM. There was 1 car in front of me. The order taker/cashier was very polite and attentive. The woman working the window however, was rude. She opened the window and said "Large Coke" and before I could respond that that was not my drink, she thrusted it out the window and I took the drink instinctually. Before I could explain anything. The window was shut. I waited three minutes before she realized I was still at the window. When she opened the window she said again "Large Coke". I then explained I didn't have a Coke and that I had ordered food. The woman asked me what I had ordered and I told her the meal number of what I thought I ordered. She looked at the screen and then started speaking to me in Spanish, a language I don't speak. She motioned for me to give her the Coke back and exchanged for my Coke Zero. I was asked for my ticket which I promptly provided. Then finally handed me my food like I was trying to cheat McDonalds out of a meal. More customer service training is needed.

  The location and food is good but the service is NOT!! Twice I have gone through the drive-thru and my order has been given away because of the individuals working the windows. I have to go park and go in for my order and still waited another almost 20 minutes. That’s crazy. There were other customers that order online and went to get theirs and were waiting for forever too. I’m all for fresh hot food but, stop giving my food away!!! What really ticked me off was the when the girl at the window saw me, she just waved at me and didn’t say a thing. Then I sat at the next window for 30 minutes waiting for my food that had been given away AGAIN!! Fix the service immediately. The workers need immediate re-training.

  My sister came here one time for a pumpkin pie. She had ordered one but after she ordered it, they told her at the last minute that they were out and she said ok just take it off my order and give me my money back. They asked her to wait in the parking and a high school employee comes out with a cold pie and says we are out of the hot ones, throws it at her and takes off. That to me was so rude and disrespectful to the costumers. I even had my own job at 16 years old in high school and I was very kind to everyone but this high school employee was down right rude to my sister for throwing the cold pie in her car and walking off. She went into complain about how she was treated and all the high school employees just laughed it off and thought it was funny what he did. They need to hire better people to work here and not irresponsible behavior high schoolers because I wasn’t even that immature when I had my first job like those high schoolers. I give this place 1 star for the lousy high schoolers they hired to work this job. They shouldn’t be allowed to work if they are going to be throwing food into peoples cars and walking off like that. 1 star for the lousy high schoolers employees they have here.
