  So ive had a run in with an employee named Erick, never had an issue with him untill one night, i misheard what he said to me and it ended up being weird for the rest of my visits there, i keep feeling like he’s looking over his shoulder at me and my friends and it just makes us uncomfortable, idk if anyone else had an issue with him 🤷‍♀️

  Ordered a lot during lunch rush, so I get some mistakes were made. But I at least wanted them to do the basics right. They only gave me 2 drinks instead of 3, and then when I came home I noticed the happy meal I ordered didn't come with the toy. Overall not happy, seems like the quality of the place has gone down over time. It wasn't so bad when it opened up, but now it seems like it's gotten sloppy and complacent. They don't give as many fries as before on their basket of fries as well.

  One star is too much for this location compare to the one is the town center ,my son went to eat and the employee was yelling at him and giving him a weird look, before hiring you should train your employee how to have good customer service and leave your attitude at home !

  This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. After pushing me to the side in the drive through, I waited 20 minutes in my car before they brought out my COLD food while also missing parts of my order. After 9 people were given their food before me. A McDouble is not hard to make and the ignorance is absurd. I had to leave my car in the drive through side and go inside and wait another 5 minutes to even TALK to someone. I will NEVER return here for their disgusting cold food, bad attitudes, and absolute ignorance. What a waste of a good spot off 288.
