  Every time I come to this McDonald’s for a curbside pickup, there seems to be something wrong with my order. The last time, I ordered a chicken wrap but received a burger instead. This time, my kids’ meal was missing the apple slices, and a medium order of fries was missing as well. On top of that, the fries have also become noticeably softer and don’t taste as good as they used to. I completely understand that mistakes can happen once in a while, and I wouldn’t normally make a big deal about it. But when something is missing or incorrect almost every time I come here, it becomes really frustrating. I’ve also noticed that the staff don’t seem as friendly or welcoming as they used to be. Because of these repeated issues, I’ve started coming here much less often and usually go to another McDonald’s nearby instead. I really hope the service, food quality, and order accuracy can improve.

  A+++++ service from the manager Anthony really respectful and made sure I had all my sauces and my whole meal completed in my bag seen him triple check my whole order very good

  I just left this location via drive-thru. I realized after leaving the speaker, I forgot to order an iced water. I asked the worker (young guy) at the first window if I could add it. He told me to just ask at the next. I pulled up and was handed my order by an older, Caucasian lady who looked to be in management. When I asked for the water, she told me I could have ordered it at the speaker. It seemed passive-aggressive, to which I replied, “I forgot”. She then told me it was “no problem”. If it’s no problem, why bring it up? I didn’t appreciate the exchange and will not be returning.

  This is by far the worst location I have been to. I have traveled all over the world and have had McDonald’s in many different countries and even here in the states. Even the most simple order they will have you pull up and wait for 30-45min 😂

  I usually come to this McDonalds but last few times there has been issues with orders. I ordered a burger recently and it was made wrong. I went in and they threw it away and remade it. Guess what, it was still incorrect with the remake with no toppings I asked for. I told them.. Waited 5 minutes for them to give me the same burger back that was made incorrect the 2nd time- with the toppings on it and added a a single pickle that was only half of it and was brown on the edges on top of the bun. Looked gross. Made me me uncomfortable to eat it so I tossed it.
