  ​This is easily one of my favorite places to shop for groceries. The variety here is fantastic—whether you are looking for fresh produce, high-quality meats, or those hard-to-find specialty items, they always seem to have exactly what I need. ​The store is well-organized and the staff is consistently helpful, making the whole shopping experience smooth and efficient. It’s my go-to spot in the area for keeping the kitchen fully stocked. Highly recommended!

  Do not use a coupon here. Unless you like being treated badly. Spend your money somewhere that is happy to take your coupons.

  How am I supposed to eat this? Thick parts in all of them. It sucks that there is no quality control for the tortillas. I buy fresh tortilla to avoid buying the processed ones. After this looks like it’s better to buy the processed ones. At least that’s edible and consistent on quality.

  I shop this location at least twice a week, and always have a pleasant experience. Today's experience was beyond kind. I checked out at a register with Lee Ann and Duke, they were so professional and polite, we even had a great chat about our dogs and their favorite toys. These two employees should be HEB ambassadors, they are the most personable employees I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Thank you for making my day a little brighter! ❤️

  Vastly underachieving H-E-B. I have spent the last two years shopping 2x a week at the H-E-B in Sugar Land on Highway 6 as it was close to my home. We have since moved and the store I am reviewing right now is closest to our new location. I may have to find a different brand of store to shop at. Upon arrival the parking lot was 3/4 full on a Sunday evening at 7:00 PM. It took me three dysfunctional shopping carts to finally find one that worked… Though it also performed at a subpar level. In context, over the past two years I had one shopping cart not in pristine condition at the Sugar Land location. The layout of this store is one of their weaker layouts. It is a little smaller than other H-E-B‘s in the area. The selection is less than the Sugar Land location. However, the most disappointing thing is that shelves were empty throughout the store… I would love to get sweet potatoes but they were all gone… Greek yogurt… Gone… My preferred eggs… Gone. It became laughable as I was going through the store. Finally, upon checkout, half of the lanes were closed despite the parking lot being three-quarter full. It is either this H-E-B is grossly mismanaged or the one in Sugar Land is so pristine that no other store could live up to such. One of the more unfortunate things about this reality is the store I am reviewing from a socioeconomic perspective is far less affluent than the clientele in Sugar Land. That shouldn’t mean a worse shopping experience due to mismanagement though. It would be nice if the same expectations were at this store as others.
