  08/29/2026 Came here around 6am went inside was not greeted even though there were no other customers. Cashier looked visibly annoyed that I even dared to come inside, and even more annoyed when taking my order. When I got the food I told the other girl working there "thank you" and she just stared at me. When I got the food my order was completely wrong but I was traveling and was unable to turn around and had to go somewhere else because I could not eat the sandwich given to me because of food sensitivity. I understand this is a new location but y'all need to do better.

  I have been at this location 3 times and every time I go I do not get greeted when I walk in and I am just standing there waiting on someone to take my order. I have never been to an establishment where there are at least five employees working and not one person looks up to greet you or say "just a moment,we will be right with you". I mean absolutely nothing, and I stood there for like 10min trying my best to be patient and mind you this is three different times and I just walk out. The people working there obviously don't care about there job. I will never go back there.

  Employees are unable to multitask. We waited in the drive thru while she handled one singular customer inside for 10 minutes. She then told us we can’t order certain drinks through the drive thru since it takes too much time. We took 30 seconds to figure something else out and she told us to wait. Whoever was working 08/08/26 at 5pm needs to be retrained.

  This is one of the worst food packaging experiences I've had. It looks like the donuts were carelessly tossed into the box, with chocolate smeared everywhere. The packaging was a complete mess, and the food looked so poorly handled that I no longer wanted to eat it. Customers deserve better than this. It doesn't take much effort to package donuts properly, and this level of carelessness is unacceptable. It makes you think how they handle every other food item or drinks from this place.

  My husband went today yes he went at 9 but of course he didn’t know but the thing is they took his order they could’ve told him sorry we r closed but they still tried to take his order and when he pulled up to the window they turned the lights off and he saw a girl duck down again yes they were closed but they still took his order like they were open so of course he didn’t know. Whoever did closing shift June 16th
