  They had roaches crawling on the drink machine!! I asked for double white gravy and the cook got mad at me for not receiving my gravy I asked for. I asked for a certain burger and asked to make it a double the cashier very rudely said it’s already a double when it wasn’t. Clearly she didn’t know the menu. It was all around the worst experience.

  I forgot her name but she is great and a cutie. Super polite. Made sure my order was correct. Everyone there in the crew. They definitely knew what they were doing and entertained me even thought it was rainy day me. I hope she sees the comment in time because she made it happen.

  Utterly terrible location, everytime I decide to come back to this place it’s a great endeavor. I have to wait 10 minutes just to get what I ordered, and if there’s a line don’t count on getting back at a reasonable time. The blizzards are always melted, and the service is always terrible.

  My husband loves DQ so we come by this location every now and then. Every time we come our order is wrong, never fails. We have to spend extra time at the window to send items back for correction. Tonight once we finally drove off after making corrections, we realized they didn’t even give us our drink. I’m usually very understanding about things like this but this is EVERY TIME with this location. Would rather make the drive to Pearland location.

  This has to be the slowest Dairy Queen ever. You have like 15 people waiting and it’s taking them about 20 minutes to run out an order. Where is the manager?!?!?
