    I came in to get a simple bowl. My company allows me to get lunch one time a week and only allows me to spend $15 on the company card for said lunch. The cashier at the time "Melanie" I guess didn't seem to understand that after I explained it to her. My total came out to $19.16 so I paid $6 cash then I was going to use the card for the rest "$13.16". Melanie told me "Maybe dont use your company card to buy lunch" when she couldn't understand how to finish a simple transaction.

    This is absolutely unacceptable. First off I order my food at 6:05pm and get the notification that it's ready for pickup off the shelf at 6:20pm however it wasn't ready so I sat and waited another 10 minutes. Then I get home and this is the order? Wow I feel absolutely played. The beans aren't even a half a cup! The salsa is just past a tablespoon if that! Sheesh I don't even want this shit no more

    I have had several issues with this chipotle location but this is the first time where I feel a review is in order. I planned to dine in and try the new promotional honey chipotle chicken. I was told there was a FIVE minute wait on the chicken which i happily agreed to wait for. My husband continued with his order and decided to pay for everything, as to get out of the way due to a long line forming I stepped back to wait for my chicken, while the employee continued making other orders. I however, am watching the cook on the line do EVERYTHING BUT cut the chicken that she said would take five minutes. I even watched her leave the kitchen area and talk to a coworker who was just clocking in. Relaxing and laughing as if there weren’t several ingredients needed on the line. At this point it has been 12 minutes when i was told to wait for 5, so i step back in line and ask about my order. The employee then asks the chef for an update and she now says 10 minutes! At this point i am frustrated and while the coworker apologized it does not help the fact that if i knew it was a 25 minute wait, i would’ve gotten a different protein. I then ask for steak because at this point, i just want to leave and do not want to dine in any longer. Then the very kind cashier tries to help the situation and asks the chef again, what is the update because we have already paid. The chef responds very rudely “why?” in response to us already paying for our food that we thought we were gonna have 10 minutes ago. The cashier then notices there has been chipotle chicken in the to go line the entire time and tells the coworker making my order to use THAT chicken instead. Overall this was a very frustrating situation. Lack of proper communication, lack of urgency, lack of problem resolution skills. Mostly on the chefs part. I do commend the cashier for her helpfulness and kindness.

    I placed a mobile order and picked it up through the Chipotlane drive-thru. As I was handed my order, I politely asked for a side of lettuce because the lettuce at this location is often wilted or old, and there isn’t an option in the app to request it on the side. The employee immediately changed her demeanor. She gripped my order bag tightly and continued holding onto it throughout our conversation in a way that felt aggressive, while repeating, “A side of lettuce?!” in a rude tone. I wasn’t sure why such a simple request seemed to upset her. She eventually walked away speaking to a coworker in an aggravated manner and throwing items around behind the counter. When she returned, I asked if something was wrong because the interaction had become uncomfortable. She insisted she was fine. I asked to speak with a manager. After I explained what happened, the response was little more than an apology. I even suggested that maybe the employee needed a break if a simple request caused that kind of reaction, and the manager agreed that maybe she did. The food was also only lukewarm, which has unfortunately become common at this location. I continue giving this Chipotle opportunities because it’s convenient, but the customer service and food quality continue to disappoint. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel like they’re causing a problem by making a simple request.

    Don’t go here in you’re in law enforcement. Gentleman in front of me received healthy portions on his bowls. When it came to get my bowls, portions were not matched and when asked politely to receive a little more; the server gave one piece of meat in each bowl. No exaggeration here. I do not leave reviews however, felt this experience warranted the review.
