Great food, a little inconsistent in taste through multiple visits, but overall not bad! Great quality!

I really wanna know how they decide the portions, because there was a guy infront of me getting a whole lot of meat on his bowl, but when they put meat on my it wasn’t the same amount. I want to know if they’re favoring a certain type of people or if they’re discriminating, because this is unfair.

It's very small employees often have a lot of drama.. food is just a step above taco bell. Prices are very high. I have yet to walk out spending below 20$ for one person. Portions are great minus your protein portions that leave a bit to be desired.

I did this to myself.. I told myself I wasn't going back to this location. About 3 or 4 months ago around evening time long line of course. The line was longgg, I guess she was a team lead.. she jumped in to help her team mates out. She was servicing the lettuce, cheese, and the protein. No problem, the issue was she was using her hand for the cheese writing on top of the lids with the same hand she was using for the cheese. I don't know if you dropped that marker on the floor. She was touching everything with that same hand without changing her gloves. She served 5 to 6 people in front of me with that same glove without changing it. This happened again yesterday with the same girl, doing the same thing. It was evening rush, that's uncalled for and not safe.

We checked out around 10pm, even though this location doesn’t close until 11pm, and by that point they had already apparently decided they were done replenishing ingredients for the night. That is completely unacceptable when there was still an entire hour before closing and the line was wrapped around the store.
There was no cheese, no sauce, no guac, no fajitas, and no chips. Nobody said a word about any of it before making the food. Instead, the employee just stared at me and said, “and for you?” No greeting, no welcome, no explanation, nothing.
The attitude from the employees made the entire experience even worse. The energy in the store was awful. Everyone working there acted like they hated being there and could not have cared less about the customers. Nobody seemed interested in helping, explaining what was out, or even pretending to be polite. The whole place felt tense, annoyed, and completely checked out.
So I paid full price and ended up with a bowl that was missing half the toppings it is supposed to come with. If you are out of that many ingredients, announce it to everyone waiting in line so people can make the decision to leave and go somewhere else. Don’t wait until people have already been standing there forever and then quietly give them less food for the same price.
The line was still wrapped around the store, which makes it even worse. Were they really planning to just keep serving people food with less and less in it for another hour without telling anyone? That is ridiculous.
My husband’s burrito was rolled horribly and was literally falling apart. It looked like it had been thrown together as fast as possible with absolutely no care.
The entire place looked like an absolute mess in the background. Dirty dishes were piled up everywhere. The counters were not being wiped between customers, so there were crumbs, rice, and food scattered all over the line. It looked filthy, disorganized, and completely neglected.
Super disappointed. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle. If you are going to stop replenishing ingredients an entire hour before closing, at least be honest with customers before taking their money.
