Then 10 minutes after we're just standing there, they tell us they cant make what we want because they don't have the cup for it. Can't you use a different cup to make the same sundae? We asked this and we got attitude from the employee. If you don't want to work, then why are you even working? I hate to sound like a Karen but this is just unacceptable service.

Told him AGAIN we wanted Lava Colada’s and instead of him remaking the cups that had chamoy in them, he used the same cups knowing it was supposed to be strawberry to make the drinks.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! If you can’t handle listening to orders and keeping it straight, food service isn’t for you! I’ve worked in customer service for years and I know the importance of listening and paying attention. We WILL NOT be back to that location. Good luck to those that go.

Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

To redeem this offer during your next visit to Baskin-Robbins, simply present the QR code you receive via email to be scanned at the time of purchase, or print the coupon and bring it with you during your visit.**

Does Baskin-Robbins sell gift cards?
Yes. You can purchase standard gift cards in our shops and on the BR App, and custom gift cards online through our trusted third-party vendor, in any denomination between $2 and $100. Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
Where can I buy a Baskin-Robbins gift card?
You can purchase gift cards at a Baskin-Robbins shop near you. You can also purchase mobile gift cards in the BR App.
Can I buy Baskin-Robbins gift cards in bulk?
