Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Waited in drive thru for over 20 minutes to receive a burnt sausage patty. Won't be eating at this location anymore. The lady at the window was really pleasant, but apparently the rest of the staff needs to go home and restart their day. They were stuck on stupid.

I wanted to share some feedback about my experience today. Danielle was training some of the employees, and honestly, it was very uncomfortable to watch the way she treated the people she was training.
I completely understand that training can be stressful and that employees need to be corrected, but there is a respectful and constructive way to do it. The way Danielle spoke to and treated them created a very unpleasant atmosphere.
I would strongly suggest that management provide Danielle with some guidance on how to properly train and coach employees. Training should help people learn and feel confident, not make them feel intimidated or uncomfortable.

Went here and ordered a simple burger and it took them 15 minutes to actually make it. Also it was empty so I wonder how long it would be if people were actually in here. Also the employees are just talking amongst each other and one girl was talking about quitting and using bad language. The manager had a stupid bullring in her nose which shows how unprofessional and ghetto this place is; won’t be back. Go elsewhere instead of this dump. If I was the boss I would fire all of these clowns.

The food of course is great, my only issue with this specific location is that the employees are all kids. Every time I go, you hear giggling through the speaker. Pull up to pay, same thing, there's always two people at the window/register. It'd be one thing if they were shadowing but they are just goofing around. Then get to the next window where you receive your food, and both are laughing. I'm all for having fun at work, but be productive as well. I have a habit of saying "hi how are you", part of it being common courtesy, and the other because I work in hospitality. Well, the girl working was too busy laughing with her friend she thought I ask "who are you?". Like really?
