  We have been customers for this location for over 20 years. The past 3 times have been very disappointing. Twice we did not get napkins or sauces that were requested. We ordered a chicken strip meal. The chicken strips were put in a fry carton not in a box and no sauces. Luckily we got our fries but they were dumped inside the bag.Yesterday, we ordered a burger no onion or cheese. Our order was Not repeated. We got home and the burger had only pickles and sauce. The lady at the window basically was in a hurry as she aggressively handed us our order. No one was in the drive thru so not sure what the hurry was. It was before 11 am.They say 3rd time is a charm but with these mistakes we won't be back to this location.

  My experience was limited to the drive-through window. My order was done exactly how I asked Steaphen at the window, took my money and was very pleasant through the whole process. The atmosphere is related to the drive up experience… It’s a single lane, and sometimes gets backed up. I’m not sure if they can do much to improve it. Without covering the window area to protect both staff and patrons during inclement weather.

  Awful service, awful management. Based on the reviews left, I'm not shocked how rude the GENERAL MANAGER was. Stay away, I've never been to a worse Sonic in my life and that includes one that are located in bad parts of Dallas.... This is Mansfield.
