  Thought we'd stop in on Labor Day for lunch. I ordered a burger medium rare and my girlfriend ordered a salad. We sat there for 45 minutes watching other people get their food. When they finally brought out our food my hamburger was well done dry and terrible. I didn't even try and eat it. I asked to speak to the manager and sat there for another 20 minutes while my girlfriend ate her salad and the manager never had the guts to come talk to me. They took the hamburger off my bill, and I went to Braums where I got a nice juicy hamburger!

  Everything was great.We came to this location because of the rating.Our server was amazing,great service great conversation.Brandy is very knowledgeable about the menu.We just had a really good experience.My daughter ordered steak bites but went bananas over the chicken fried chicken I ordered.My husband never has a togo box,but he needed one for his chicken fried steak.💗

  Ashley is an amazing bartender. She is very attentive, friendly, and knows what we want when we come in. Highly recommend.

  We come here often, but today was exceptionally great. Our server, Tom, was incredible. Very enthusiastic, engaging, and made us feel like we were in a 6-star restaurant! Food and drinks were delicious per usual. Excellent job Tom, chefs, and staff!

  I have been to the Mansfield location numerous times and ordered the “Fall off the bone ribs”. They have always been great! Today I went there and ordered them, when the plate came out they looked different in appearance. I went ahead and started eating them. They were terrible, very chewy and fatty. I got sick from eating 1/2 of one rib! They must be using a different meat vendor, or have a bad cook! I will never be able to try them again! If I return to this restaurant I will try something different… Soooo disappointed!
