  Excellent experience at Saltgrass Steak House in Mansfield! Cale was an outstanding server—friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Our food was hot, delicious, and worth every dollar. We'll definitely be back!

  The most gorgeous girl you’ll ever have to serve you. Wonderful service, no games just giving you a great experience. My wife loved her and so did I. If you want to have a great experience ask for Skylar she won’t let you down.

  Brandi! You were amazing! You made my birthday incredibly special. The steak was amazing… perfectly cooked.. the fried okra was exceptional!!! I love this place and will come back soon!!! Thank you for the most amazing experience!

  Normally I don't want to post about a chain as I feel we need to lift up the mom & pop places more, but people work there too and I also think it's important to recognize good service and experiences so they can keep their jobs. With that being said, tonight we ate at Salt Grass. Last time I ate there was probably about a year ago and that time I was very disappointed. My steak was bland, my shrimp overcooked, refills were slow, just overall not a great experience. Tonight was a completely different story. I dare you to try and get your cup empty before another hits the table, and they cleared away the empty cup (not something I used to think was worth mentioning but too many places nowadays are bad about clearing empty cups). The steak was juicy and tasty and cooked to perfection. Our server, Skylar, was super bubbly and friendly and even got my daughter to smile real big, which is not easy to do as she is shy. Speed of service was on point. Good service is hard to come by these days, so I want to highlight it when I can. Will go back and visit Skykar next steak night

  My husband and I had a zgift card and decided on Saltgrass for our date. Although the service was good as soon as we were seated I could smell sour mop water. We got the artichoke dip to start and I had a brisket burger. I should have known when they don’t ask how you want your burger cooked that it’s not a good sign that the food is fresh. My husband had the steak and rib platter. He ate about half his plate as I did and we both did not think it was worth it to bring to go. Glad we didn’t cause I was up for 2 hours in the night sick to my stomach.
