Was our 1st time going, as my GD wanted to try it compared to Chipotle. Sooo much better food wise, less expensive and the customer service was 200% better. Was only able to eat 1/2 of the bowl, ate the remaining food at home for supper. The people were so friendly and offered samples when asking questions about a certain item....something that Chipotle has never done...here in TX or NY(where I 1st went). Keep up the great service!!!!!!

I live in the area so I’ve been to this location several times. Tonight there was a young white female making burritos that were very sloppy, food falling out on the side, falling in the other food trays, and unable to close. I didn’t get very much in my burrito and she seemed offended when I questioned how she folded the burrito. Another employee, a Hispanic male wearing glasses came over and showed her the proper way to do it and he also had to fold the burritos she made prior to me. The employees then began engaging in conversations with each and another guest about me. I thought it was very rude and disrespectful. I don’t have to work at Qdoba to know how to fold a burrito properly, I mean it’s literally a burrito. I’m married with children and probably old enough to be their parents so I wasn’t about to engage in inappropriate behavior with them to get a point across, plus it’s not even worth my time. left in peace but I felt like my experience needed to be shared.

Everything was good until I checked out. I order the kid's quesadilla with chips and queso. I asked for 2 sauces and sour cream. I was charged $1.00 for "Open Food". I asked what Open Food meant, and she said all the extras you got, meaning the sauces. I had asked for 1 sour cream, and 2 of the red sauces. Then, she said, "You can have like 3 or 4, but then we have to charge you." I counted 3 sauces. That doesn't make sense to me. I said, "the sign up there (meaning above the food prep area) says that you can have as many sauces as you want." She said, "Yeah, but you can't have a bunch of them, but 3 or 4 is okay." I said, "That's not what the sign says." She said, "I'll refund you the $1.00." She returned $1.08 to my credit card. So while the situation got rectified, the problem is that you are supposed to be able to have whatever you want, as long as it's not "too many", but no one knows what the number actually is. I think that's a big problem. All I'm going to say is - Buyer Beware, particularly in Mansfield, TX.

Whoever the old black lady is behind the counter.. yall need to give her a customer service class! Or move her to where she has no customer interactions...I'm a black man so I am qualified to make that assessment! The only person who looked like they don't hate their job was the young Hispanic gentleman at the register. Everyone else? TRASH! Not to mention it was my first time at Qdoba... and the food is decent enough to where I'll visit again. ANOTHER LOCATION... but I'll still visit.
