  Holy shit. I literally stood there in the front counter for what seem like an eternity. The workers behind the counters just looked at me not even saying hello. Its like I dint even exist. Whoever is running this place needs to step down. This place lacks leadership. I will not be surprised if this place quickly become obsolete or closed down due to the business sales and customer service. I was a buying customer and Ultimately, they didn't want my business. So, I walked away.

  I've had the the italian sandwich, a burger, a dog & a chicken sandwich and habe never been disappointed. And their reward program is generous. I picked up a free slice of cake tonight. It was a gift from portillo's .

  Food is great but for some reason the employees can NEVER get our order right. Doesn't matter if I'm in person or drive through. Doesn't matter if a family member is placing an order for something completely different from what I order. I've even asked for the order to be repeated back to me & it's correct when repeated. The receipt is accurate but the order is ALWAYS wrong by the time it makes to the bag. Such a disappointment.

  I had a very disappointing experience at your drive-thru today that I feel needs to be addressed. The employee, Kennedy, handed me my drink with soda all over the outside of the cup. I politely asked her to wipe it off because I didn't want my truck's cup holder to become sticky. She immediately rolled her eyes at me. I then asked if your location offered a military discount. Before I could even finish asking the question, she abruptly replied, "No," in a rude and dismissive tone. I asked her why she seemed to have an attitude with me. She denied it, but I pointed out that she had just rolled her eyes when I asked her to wipe off my cup. She walked away, went inside, then came back outside with what appeared to be my drink. Instead of giving it to me, she served the vehicle in front of me first and then handed me my drink. Because of the way the interaction had gone, I no longer felt comfortable drinking it and was concerned it may have been tampered with, so I chose not to drink it. When she brought my food, she sarcastically said, "Okay, ma'am, have a good day." I waited to speak with the manager, and she told me that she was the manager. I explained what had happened and asked if my drink could be remade. She apologized, but she smiled throughout the conversation in a way that made me feel my concerns were not being taken seriously. As I was leaving, Kennedy once again said, "Have a good day, ma'am," in an obviously sarcastic tone while smiling and closing the door. I served in the military, and while I appreciate businesses that choose to offer military discounts, I understand that not every business does. My complaint is not about the discount—it is about the lack of respect and professionalism I experienced. Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy. This experience has left me with no desire to return, and I will be sharing my experience with my fellow veterans, friends, and family. I hope this matter is addressed so other customers do not receive the same treatment.
