  I’m beyond upset over the customer service we have received. If you are offering delivery service you better darn well be able to provide a delivery time. Was told order had been picked up and then find out it’s pu by door dash and they have no control over that and once assigned to them they can’t see order. The young girl helping me wanted to argue back and started mouthing and hung up when asked for a delivery eta in our dinner at now 939 pm . Worst customer service ever! Don’t waste time

  I share the same name with the manager there. Amber has been amazing. I come to this area not so often to door dash or do Uber eats. Amber has been amazing and always inviting. If my order is running a bit late she always let's me know how long it will take. I usually door dash or Uber around the holidays and the store is pretty well decorated. I decided to door dash recently and she remembered who I was even though its been awhile. The staff are always busy but delightful. I dont mind waiting 😌 I like the fact that she will put the orders in the hot box to keep them hot if I get a double or triple delivery. This was on a Tuesday. But I must say, Dawn is very delightful aswell. They have been turning this place around.

  I am a delivery driver and I pick up from all kinds of locations. The redhead at this location is extremely rude. I have a warming bag. I have a warming two warming bags in my car. It’s also hot here in Texas and she refused telling me there’s holes in my bag when there is not I have brand new bags to keep pizzas warm. I had to report her to the company I work for and they are reporting the merchant. Not impressed with her and I have had other people at this store. They are absolutely amazing but today was horrible. Do not go in if she is the one in charge of the pizzas. Edit: I got a response from the owner. I still don't think they understand that the pizza would have still been hot. It was 101 and warmer in my car. The employee was very rude and also made me lose money by stating the only way she would hand over the first order was if I cancelled the other order. When I asked to take it to my car in the very hot warming bag that does not have holes in it. I keep my waming bags in good condition. I have delivered from this store and others from anywhere to 30-45 mins. No complaints to where the pizza is still hot when I take it out the the bag. The third party company says this employee needs to be addressed to hand over the items. It gives them a bad rating. I am an older person, may not look it. I have never been treated with such disrespect. There are two gentleman who I usually deal with when I pick up from this location and they are polite and respectful. I even felt discreatmenated against because of my skin tone. I will personally will not use this pizza hut after this treatment. I would not appreciate my children (adult children ) talking to a customer the way she did, whom have both worked in the food industry. I have also ran two restaurants. I would have fired a person on the spot if I heard the conversation that was exchanged.
