  First time visiting this location, long time customer of OTB! Ended up having to leave right after ordering because we overheard a conversation between the manager and another customer. They were upset because they couldn’t use their OTB rewards. We specifically chose OTB because we wanted to use our rewards. We asked the manager why we wouldn’t be able to use our rewards and he said the internet was down so no one could use rewards today. He was totally fine when we said we’d rather not dine if we can’t use our rewards, he simply said “ok”. That’s unacceptable as there has to be another way for customers to use their OTB rewards regardless if the internet is working or not. Not sure if this manager is new or if he was trained properly. You’re not supposed to turn customers away period, even if it’s due to internal computer malfunctions. There is always another way to take care of customers without having to use technology…. The rewards program is designed as an incentive to choose that restaurant over another. My kiddos were super bummed to have to leave. But it didn’t feel right to stay with the issues that were going on (no fault of ours) and not being able to use my rewards that I spend money earning. Left very disappointed and hungry!

  My husband and I have truly enjoyed the significant improvement in the food. Was telling my friend about it, so on 5/28 my friend and I decided to meet here for dinner. We had amazing service. The food was wonderful. We lost track of time while visiting and unfortunately stayed at our table for over two hours. We did not anticipate this, and we tipped generously out of appreciation for the service. As we were leaving, we overheard a staff member say, "thank god they are finally leaving," quite loudly and directed towards us. This comment felt uncalled for and rude, especially since we were under the impression that the restaurant was not busy and there were available tables in the section. We did not intend to hold up the table as long as we did, and lost track of time. It would have been appropriate to address us directly if there was an issue, rather than making such remarks as we left. Overall, we have had positive experiences at this restaurant in the past, but I felt this incident could have been handled more professionally. The food is amazing, but staff is rude.

  For first time in 13 yrs here we were very disappointed, bartender stated OTB was bought out by pappasito's i believe is what she said and the menu was very minimal compared to before, food wasn'tup to par for what we are used to there, Drinks were not great like before, service was fast but not pleasant as bartender cared more for talking with other workers. It used to be a favorite for us but due to changes we wont be back that's for sure.

  Friday evening. Got seated right away. Got chips and salsa but it was a while before we got our drinks. Water should be served with the chips. But set that aside, our order was taken and not long we were served. Great portion size. The food was just a bit on the not hot side, almost luke warm. This is not a negative review, trust me...we'll be back. I am just a bit concerned of the lack of a Friday crowd. I hope you guys stay! Im a big huge Papas fan!
