    The worst service ever! I should not have expected anything more. Why have the option to customize your order If they are gonna make it the way they want to EVER TIME! $16/HR is too much for these employees.

    MANAGER CECLIA IS A VERY UNEDUCATED SUPERVISOR. HER STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND ALL I NOTICED HER DOING WAS BELITTLING HER STAFF. SHE BARELY SPEAKS OR UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH AND YET SHE’S SUPERVISING A MCDONALD’S IN OUR COUNTRY. THE REASON PEOPLE ARE QUITTING, GOOD PEOPLE ARE BECAUSE OF HERE. I CALLED ABOUT SAUCES, SUPERVISED CECLIA ANSWERED, WAS RUDE. SAID THEY HAD SAUCES ON HAND THEN HUNG UP. DROVE FROM ANOTHER MCDONALD’S TO THERE. HER STAFF GIVES MY DAUGHTER THE SAUCE, THEN SUPER COP CECLIA CHEWS THEM OUT FOR GIVING IT TO US BECAUSE THEY WERE RUNNING LOW. WELL SHE DIDN’T TELL ME THAT ON THE PHONE, SO IS SHE WANTS TO COMPLAIN TO SOMEONE SHE NEEDS TO FIND A MIRROR, LOOK IN IT, AND THEN START COMPLAINING. NOT MANAGER MATERIAL. GET RID OF THAT SUPERVISOR.

    I'm not sure if this is the one but even if it isn't I want it known that I was sent to a McDonald's to pick up an order through DoorDash as I'm a driver and the app had sent me either to the wrong McDonald's or McDonald's didn't receive the order that the platform has said was there either way I want it known that a supervisor or a lead person stated that the order was not there but took the order straight from the phone and made it personally herself expediently as possible so as to ensure the customers order would be on time and I wish to thank them and thank her for her for her good customer service thank you should I do believe it was this one if I'm not mistaken thank you for much for your hard work

    It's old. Outdated, and they still can't get orders right. No onions means a little onion, extra pickles means 1. Laughable
