  Bakery failed to provide correct hours to schedule a wedding cake. I tried to schedule something for 3 weeks and couldn’t manage to get a hold of Kacy.

  Something has definitely changed. Over the last few months, there are way less employees. Maybe only 2 check out lanes open at anytime of day which forces everyone in the self check. Im not a paid employee, why must consumers be forced into an employee role at every store to avoid human interaction and sustaining real humans in the economy. The produce is not as good as it was even a year ago. The bakery is amazing tho. I do like lay out and the overall vibe. But the lower quality of produce and lack of basic employees and not seeing the sweet faces of the checkers and grocery bag helpers is a huge disappointment.

  I have been shopping at Market St in Mansfield since it opened. Admittedly, their prices are higher than other grocery options in Mansfield, but there were additional perks. The store was always clean and organized, it wasn’t over crowded, the employees were helpful and friendly, fast check out and courtesy carry out to your car. In recent months, this has been changing. I can’t remember the last time anyone loaded my groceries (not that I need that service, but I enjoyed the nicety and conversing with the baggers), I often find rotting produce and expired items on the shelf and now what could be the last straw for me, one cashier and more self check-out. I don’t hate self check-out if I have under 10 items, but a full cart is another story. A week or so ago, my option was wait in long line for the 1 cashier or check myself out with a full cart. In addition to running out of space on the platform for my bags, some of my produce could not be found in the system. I called the monitor over and even he couldn’t find 2 of the produce items. The person next to me was also waiting for help. The monitor got flustered and rude as a result. I am an intelligent person and can navigate electronics well. If I can’t get it and your own monitor can’t get it, how do you expect everyone to navigate your system. All of the “perks” that I used to justify my higher grocery bill have now left the building and I am likely to follow.

  Giving Market Street m/Mansfield's catering/ concierge- Ashley 5 stars and kitchen 5 stars for helping me with a birthday event yesterday 8/16/26. Also, the special delivery person, Fran, was so great so friendly conscientious and helpful! Ashley was so attentive and in tune with my detail oriented nature. Making sure that all of my special requests would be honored and were honored. She was spot helping me finalize selections for appetizers & sides. All of the selections I chose were delicious.The fruit was very Flavorful/ fresh.The cheeses were great.The coconut chicken dippers, once again,were outstanding. Cocktail meatballs in pomodora sauce were delicious so tender. Overall, extremely pleased, as I have been in the past.Thank you again!!

  Selection is good. Two high school kids were working as cashier and bagger. They asked me the same question 3 times and still didn’t bag items like I asked. Fruits were packed in the same bag as meat and heavy items were packed above delicate items. My first job was bagging groceries and the first thing I learned was not to bag items that way.
