The gentleman on the phone was extremely polite and explained that they were currently super busy—which we completely understood. Instead of just turning us away, he kindly offered us the option of purchasing day-old bread, which worked out perfectly for us. When we came in, every single person working was super friendly and welcoming. The customer service here was outstanding, and the overall vibe was fantastic—such a night-and-day difference from the atrocious service we experienced at the Jimmy John’s on Matlock. Thank you all so much for being helpful, polite, and great at what you do! ❤️
- ZMZainab MJul 7, 20263.0I went here for lunch and this was my first time going here. I ordered a mini turkey and provolone sub, and a giant roast beef and provolone sub. The turkey was great, I got all of the vegetables and dressed nicely. 7/10 , I just wish they had ranch. The roast beef , unfortunately I was heavily disappointed because I thought it would be meaty and cheesy , but when I bit into it , the roast beef felt it had no seasonings and no life too it and I couldn't really taste the cheese. I figured if I only got onions and mayo that I'd be able to get all the flavor but there was none unfortunately. And I'm sad because that was my first time ever eating roast beef. Other than that, the staff was great .
- JJJJMay 15, 20261.0I pulled in at 8:30 and I understand they close at 9. I went their drive-through for 1 quick sub. I asked for a turkey sub. They told me they were out. I asked her if they were out of turkey and she said they're out of everything. I could barely hear her there was a lot of laughing going on. At this point, I don't trust her with my food so I left. There are other places to go. It would've been one sub in and out, but I guess they're not interested in customers. I'm guessing their funny joke is on me. I've already been in and out of another sub shop and it is still not 9 at this posting.
