  I went here for lunch and this was my first time going here. I ordered a mini turkey and provolone sub, and a giant roast beef and provolone sub. The turkey was great, I got all of the vegetables and dressed nicely. 7/10 , I just wish they had ranch. The roast beef , unfortunately I was heavily disappointed because I thought it would be meaty and cheesy , but when I bit into it , the roast beef felt it had no seasonings and no life too it and I couldn't really taste the cheese. I figured if I only got onions and mayo that I'd be able to get all the flavor but there was none unfortunately. And I'm sad because that was my first time ever eating roast beef. Other than that, the staff was great .

  I pulled in at 8:30 and I understand they close at 9. I went their drive-through for 1 quick sub. I asked for a turkey sub. They told me they were out. I asked her if they were out of turkey and she said they're out of everything. I could barely hear her there was a lot of laughing going on. At this point, I don't trust her with my food so I left. There are other places to go. It would've been one sub in and out, but I guess they're not interested in customers. I'm guessing their funny joke is on me. I've already been in and out of another sub shop and it is still not 9 at this posting.

  If I could have give a zero I would have. This place has gone absolute trash in the past few months. Ordered my sandwiches at 8:15 got them an hour later (not freaky fast). Toasted sandwich was cold and hard (bread). Can’t call because store is closed by time I receive order. Absolute waste of $30 for 3 sandwiches. Owner is gonna respond and ask me to do survey but he needs to fix his store

  I am so disappointed I have ordered a lot from Jimmy John’s and the last three times have been terrible. The first time I ordered on a Friday for delivery they brought me the order over an hour late on top of that they got it wrong. So I called and they did send me the correct sandwich. The second time I ordered two sandwiches and once again it was late when I called to ask about it, someone picked up the phone set it on the counter and never answered! When I complained about it they had the manager contact me and asked if I wanted another refund or credit on my next order. I got the credit. Last week I ordered again, I placed the order at 8:40. I was charged for the sandwich and it was never delivered. I called the next day the manager told me they did not have any drivers so they put it on Uber Eats and they never showed up. She also asked if I wanted another sandwich or a refund. I said that I wanted a refund this time. Three days later and I still have not received my refund. They should not be taking delivery orders if they don’t have drivers and 3rd parties aren’t reliable. I really liked their sandwiches but I guess I will look somewhere else to order from now on.
