  I mainly come to HEB curbside as a regular, every Saturday morning I am here without a doubt and the employees are always so helpful and nice, so nice that I enjoy running errands 😊. This morning I got Sherry and she was just so wonderful and has a beautiful smile that made you just be happy. Quality is always good and I have not had an issue with their app. Will continue my curbside adventures here. I love HEB and their customer service!

  I order my groceries via the HEB app every other Friday and get my groceries through curbside. Hands down, HEB has the highest quality and level of service. From the groceries to the workers, I have yet to be let down. I definitely recommend making HEB your go-to grocery store.

  I use HEB curbside fairly often and it’s been a life saver. Everyone is always so attentive, kind, and efficient 🙌 and my order right every single time 😁 I usually don’t leave reviews for places butttt I see that y’all are having a fall gift basket raffle and I’d love to be included in that 🫣🫶

  On 10/15 at 1:01pm at the true Texas bbq counter one of THE absolute rudest employees I ever encountered gentleman wearing a black polo and a hairnet absolutely dismissive and rude over talking me stating “well get to you when we get to you” and when I mention it’s just a pickup for a delivery wants to say yea we don’t really care about those. Okay then stop offering people food pickups if you “don’t really care about those”. Ridiculous.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at H-E-B. The turkey I selected was clearly tagged at 20 lbs and priced at $1.68 per pound. When I pointed out that the advertised online price was $0.97 per pound, I spoke with an associate who said the price would be adjusted accordingly. Instead of simply honoring the advertised price, a new label was printed showing the turkey weight increased to 24.25 lbs. The original tag showed a 20 lb turkey, but after the "adjustment," the weight somehow increased by more than 4 pounds. That completely undermined my trust in the transaction. It felt misleading and dishonest, as though the lower price was offset by inflating the weight on the item. Customers should not have to double-check every correction made by store employees. When a pricing discrepancy is brought to management's attention, the expectation is transparency and fairness, not changes that make the final cost questionable. I left feeling cheated and frustrated, and I seriously question the integrity of how this issue was handled. H-E-B has built a reputation for customer service, but this experience fell far short of that standard. I hope management investigates how this happened and ensures other customers do not encounter the same issue.
