HEB is known to draw crowds and rightfully so. Products are always good and not overpriced. Will always stop at HEB whenever I can.

Super highly recommend Kiki on bakery. Completely overwhelmed at the quality and presentation. Retail is tough. Thank you.

I ordered some 3 gallon water bottles, the order was reported as having been filled, so I drove from North Arlington to the Mansfield store to pick them up. When I got there, they brought out one damaged bottle. I refused the damaged one and they went back in to check for more. Longer story kept shorter, they were out. I was very upset and they told me a manager would call me to make it right. I did not get a call, but the next day, Walmart delivery came to my door and brought two 3 gallon water bottles! H.E.B. gave me credit for the ones I ordered, plus ordered some from Walmart delivery! I love the fact that they made a mistake, but they made it right. I will gladly continue shopping at this store.

The doors open to the store and people are greeting you with a smile and kind words. Then the reason why you came to the store in the first place...the groceries. The guacamole and the lightly seasoned chips are my go to every time I step in the store. Then I head over to the prepped meals and than to the fruits and veggies and move from there. The store is huge and has great quality of food and plenty of variety. New favorite store. Next I'm going to see how well the car service is when I pick up my order.
- AGAshley GonzalezJun 15, 20264.0Hello! My family and I love HEB however we believe a dresscode should be established for customers and enforced. We went today and there were several women that were dressed and behaved inappropriately. This isn't a swimming pool or fanservice space, this is a grocery store. Children come here with their parents to shop, my child standing closer to ground level should not see anything from your waist down or through any garments. Additionally grocery food is not all for sampling- buy the item or dont open it at all.Entitlement is not an excuse and stop just standing in the middle of the aisle, others have things to purchase too.
