  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Shopping Experience! 🛒🇺🇸 I had a really lovely shopping experience at H-E-B. The store was clean, spacious, well organised, and had a fantastic variety of products. I especially appreciated the fresh food selection and the reasonable prices. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. H-E-B has everything you need under one roof, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone shopping in Texas. I really enjoyed my visit and would happily shop at H-E-B again! ❤️🇺🇸

  Honestly I really love HEB, I have always gone to the Mansfield, TX location all the time. However I had the most uncomfortable experience ever! I was at self checkout and the customer behind me was hovering over me I felt so rushed. I forgot to scan 1 item (which I paid for right after, totally forgot I had it under my cart because of how rushed I felt and the worker who was there (very petite guy with hair parted to the side with gel made me feel so bad about myself and demanded he see my whole receipt, which I did not mind at all until he scanned my items because he said he wasn’t sure if it was the right items?? Then he realized I actually PAID for my items. After I rushed out back to my car very upset with myself even called a friend crying because I have never been treated this way before in a store. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Even if it’s more closer to my house then the one closer to Plano TX.

  I hate to actually give a bad review to HEB because normally they are so amazing. The grocery store was fabulous. However, the pushback and disrespect I got from a 12-year employee in the new barbecue restaurant is a reason they're getting a one star. They're lucky they got that they're even luckier. I did not call the health department. I will continue to shop at other HEBs however, the one in Mansfield you've got to earn my business back. Again, this hurts to do however things need to be rectified. Grocery store fantastic barbecue restaurant horrifically scary

  This place is normally a treat to my family and I as we live so far away. I forgot a $6 school supply & called as soon as I got home and unloaded my items. I explained how I’m unable to turn back right away as it is very far but I could stop within the week. I wasn’t sure if I forgot it at the register or in the cart after walking so far to my spot and unloading so many things & was just trying to get out of the heat. I spend a lot of time making sure I have the coupons I need to save any cent in this economy so $6 May not be a lot to HEB but to me it was especially after having spent $270 on groceries. The manager Katie Coffee called me to say she reviewed cameras and watched my moves (even described my shirt & asked to describe in detail to me what she saw) & told me unfortunately she can’t do anything for “whatever I did”. I honestly was so shocked by her attitude on the phone especially considering how long it must have taken her to watch me on camera and call me vs understanding human error and letting me come back in a week to grab the item or receive $6 credit. It’s so ridiculous I’m in shock. I wouldn’t mind and would let it go but HEB makes it their mission to come off as caring for people and to have a rude manager such as this one is really not helping them sell this look the seek. Edit: I called the number in the comment below and I was told management was shown my complaint and they’d call me back. It’s been days and I’ve heard nothing.

  First of all this store is huge. It’s very well organized from the bakery to the deli to the meat market. The produce is always extremely fresh. The staff is carefully selected because everyone is so friendly. Always offering help without even being asked. Not to mention, they have literally everything. I absolutely love the store setup, location, cleanliness, and prices. There’s always a deal. And they also have all of their sections in their lanes labeled, making it extremely easy for gig workers. I’d give them six stars if I could.
