- IBIvey BrwnMay 10, 20265.0I wanted to give a review because I made a mistake or and assumption with my order. I came in early morning in a rush but wanting to get bagels for my team. I ordered dozen and made a slight change assuming I read the selection for the bagel box correctly. I got to work and didn’t see what I thought I ordered so I called to complain. The manager Maribel did what she could to accommodate. I was to pick up the missing bagels the next day. I returned to the store and realized I had made the mistake. I misread the options. My order was actually correct. I felt so bad because I was complaining about something that was not their fault, but my own misreading. I explained that it was my mistake and Maribel was still so kind and showed great customer service towards me. I felt so bad but she wasn’t mean about it. She remained kind and understanding. I appreciate her excellent manner and customer service. Thank you Maribel and team.

I usually always place the same order but today I got a regular bagel with cream cheese and they just gave me the bagel uncut and by itself I called and told them. I asked if they would remake it and went in and the girl inside was extremely rude and very unprofessional about they whole thing. Very disappointed with today’s incident.
