But then she was the one who sent several pizzas out for delivery that were supposed to be carry-out, including mine. After waiting 10 minutes I asked about the status of my pizza and that’s when they decided to remake it. Waited an additional 45 minutes in-store for my one pizza that I placed in-app for carry-out.

A mix match deal or something of that nature. I explained to the manager MARI that’s the deal I would like to get. She mentioned I had already placed my order so she couldn’t do that for me.. I said can you not just refund me and ring the deal in so that I’m able to take advantage? She said no because I already placed my order online. The mix match deal is actually less expensive than the pizza I ordered. Common sense would be to make the second pizza for me, because they’re not missing out on anything I am still willing to take my first pizza but of course take advantage of the second one. That was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a pizza place, and I’ve actually never had an issue. I help customers as well and I find them the best deal possible so to just not help out was very disappointing to me. I will not be returning there if that’s the kind of employees they have managing the place.
